Kerri Lorch
Kerri Lorch is a growth-oriented, value-driven, and highly accomplished global senior marketing executive. She brings extensive experience in conceptualizing and leading initiatives that increase revenue, engage business partners and customers, and raise brand awareness across B2B and B2B2C markets. She has deep expertise in creating and executing marketing strategy, talent vetting and coaching, marketing team structure design, go-to-market planning, product marketing, and content development and storytelling.
With a proven history of success, Kerri collaborates across organizations to drive new revenue and restore declining businesses and product lines to profitability. She is known for creating cultures that are rooted in honest communication and empathy and for inspiring others to achieve success.

Nil Balek
Nil Balek is excited to join the Ableversity team as an Advisory Board Member, supporting its mission to empower learners worldwide with cutting-edge, affordable IT training programs. Serving for our nonprofit organization aligns deeply with her values and commitment to giving back to the global community.
A seasoned global technology sales and strategic account management leader, Nil brings over 20 years of experience working with mega-enterprise clients in the Middle East and Africa. She has led multinational teams and driven strategy, revenue growth, and trusted relationships for leading organizations Ericsson and Oracle.
Beyond her professional achievements, she has been volunteering for mentoring and coaching internationally, empowering individuals with career advice, training suggestions, and fostering women empowerment initiatives.
Lauren Stellato
Lauren Stellato joins the Ableversity team with 20 years of capital market experience. She brings a wealth of expertise in investor relations, strategic growth and market positioning. Having worked with many of the world’s largest institutional investors as well as numerous private and public companies, she has developed a sharp understanding of the complexities that drive business success.
Throughout her tenure on Wall Street and as an advisor, Lauren has provided invaluable insights into crafting compelling messaging, shaping transformative strategies, and building high-performing teams essential for long-term growth.
Her experience spans guiding companies through critical challenges to unlock value as well as helping businesses navigate the steps necessary for sustained expansion leading to an IPO and success in the public markets.
Gia Walton
Gia Walton joins the Ableversity Advisory Board with a distinguished career in, skills development, technical and sales enablement, and business transformation. As a seasoned executive, she has led global teams, optimizing sales performance and driving skill development and revenue growth in tech industries.
With deep experience in customer-facing roles, Gia has worked in solution engineering, as an ERP implementation consultant, and process improvement strategist, helping businesses streamline operations and enhance efficiency. She began her career as a buyer in the automotive and aerospace industries, giving her a unique perspective on procurement, supply chains, and enterprise solutions.
A passionate advocate for women in tech and women in business, Gia has been a global leader in corporate women’s networks, championing initiatives that empower women in leadership and create more inclusive workplaces.
