New Content Now Available Starting With Instructor-led Training And Premium Video Courses By Hailie Shaw
Atlanta, GA., September 1st, 2022 – Ableversity has launched the new “Zero to Power user” course by Hailie Shaw. MVP members will have access to the once-monthly instructor-led training and along with the Silver and Gold memberships will have access to the “Zero to Power user” course.
The “Zero to Power user” course was created for the purpose of helping anyone gain the knowledge needed to pass the Splunk Core Certified Power User Exam. During the course students will gain hands-on experience in building out searches, creating knowledge objects, and become familiar with over 40 different commands. Additionally, students will learn the ins and outs of best practices to follow when installing and configuring Splunk, how to leverage apps and add-ons to Splunkbase and create their own home dashboard. Also covered is how to set up custom alerting and threat hunting capabilities. With this course, Hailie helps students learn to set up Splunk on their own home instance, obtain practice data to work with, and gain the critical foundational knowledge needed to start their Splunk education journey!
Ableversity’s Instructor-led training will be held on the 3rd Thursday of every month, and is aptly named “3rd Thursday’s” training. MVP members who register by the 1st of each month will be emailed the webex details and meeting invite. Next month’s session will be October 20th at 7pm EST. The first topic being the Common Information Model (CIM). The CIM is a way to map all of the data fields against a common model so that nomenclature within a dataset is similar. Data model mapping is an essential part of this process and will also be covered. Don’t miss out on the chance to attend the live instructor-led training to ask questions and demystify the CIM.
