The AbleU web app looks different this week. We gave it a design refresh, the first real visual update since it launched. This update is specific to the web version.
This wasn’t a rebuild of how the platform works. It was a look at how it looks: the layout, the formatting, the overall feel of moving through a lesson or a course page in the browser. Over time small visual inconsistencies build up, and we wanted the web app to feel as considered and polished as the training itself.
The new design leans into a cleaner, more modern layout. Course pages feel less cluttered. Formatting is more consistent from screen to screen, so the web app feels like one coherent product instead of a collection of parts added over time.
What hasn’t changed is everything underneath. AbleU is still self-paced, affordable Splunk® certification training built for people starting from wherever they’re starting, whether that’s a total beginner or someone with years of adjacent experience. The refresh is about presentation on the web app, not a change to how the program itself works.
As a nonprofit, we think about where our resources go carefully, and a design refresh is a small but meaningful one. Affordable training shouldn’t look like an afterthought. Our students deserve a platform that looks as good as it is useful.
The new look is live now on the web app. If you’ve used AbleU on the web before, log in and see it for yourself. If you haven’t started yet, this is a good time to take a look around.
